When I asked Carrie for help surprising my girlfriend Eden with a really
special birthday dinner, I could have never imagined just how special it
would be. She transformed our backyard into the most romantic restaurant
Eden and I have ever been to. And Carrie's focus on detail is amazing. From
the candle lit, rose petal covered path leading to the exquisitely decorated
table, to the incredible
attentiveness of her staff (without infringing on our privacy). She created
one of the most magical nights we've ever experienced in our home that still
brings a smile to our faces everytime we step into
the backyard.

Instead of having one big party with all of our friends, my husband and I decided to host a series of intimate dinner parties. I had several friends in from out of town and wanted to have a fun group event. Carrie arranged an afternoon horseback ride in the Hollywood Hills complete with dinner and margaritas at a Mexican restaurant, followed by a moonlit ride back to the stables. Everyone had a blast and they're still talking about it!
